Co-op Regionale is seeking a motivated Grain Elevator Operator to join our team! This is a dynamic, hands-on role for someone looking to build a rewarding career in agriculture.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain grain elevator equipment including grain dryer to ensure safe, efficient handling and storage of grain
Receive, sample, weigh, and grade grain deliveries
Assist with grain origination, building and maintaining relationships with local producers
Support merchandising activities, including logistics and documentation
Load and unload trucks and railcar
Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the facility
In the spring, support crop inputs operations, including receiving, blending, and delivering seed, fertilizer, and crop protection products

Qualifications

Experience in grain elevator operations or a similar agricultural role is an asset
Knowledge of grain origination and merchandising practices preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Willingness to work flexible hours during peak seasons
Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
DZ license would be considered an asset
